Tri-Shutters
In this example the home owner didn't want the shutter tilt bar to add another line to her window. She already had a grid provided by her window manufacturer. She really wanted that grid to disappear behind the shutter. The simple solution was to have a three panel bifold shutter but that would make the louvers too small and block too much view. Making single panels with three louver sets eliminated 2 stiles or 4" of wood.
Although unusual, the result was perfect and the home owner very pleased.
